Trevor has lived all over the country, including New Mexico, Alabama, Minnesota, New York and Arizona. It is in Arizona where he received his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Arizona State University in 2010, and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in 2014.
Following graduation, he relocated to Tucson, his wife’s hometown, where he joined the Athlon team. Trevor believes that a physical therapy program should be individually tailored, and address all aspects of a patient’s life to help them reach their fullest potential. He enjoys helping his patient’s return to their former self and activities, be it, sports, hiking, gardening, traveling, or just spending time with friends and family.
Trevor is an avid, enthusiastic sports fan and a former competitive swimmer, all of which spurred his interest in aquatic therapy, sports medicine, orthopedics and Rock Steady Boxing. In 2015, Trevor got certified by Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson's (non-contact regimen) and later transitioned into the Knock Out Parkinson's program here at Athlon. He enjoys helping others become empowered to fight back against Parkinson's disease. Furthermore, Trevor is Titleist Performance Institute Certified (TPI). Using TPI’s physical assessment screen, Trevor is able to prescribe proper rehabilitation techniques to get players back in the game of golf. In addition to sports, Trevor enjoys spending his time off with his wife, new baby girl and two dogs as they lead a healthy and active lifestyle.

Sam grew up in Southern California at the happiest place on earth, Anaheim, CA where he got his positive outlook on life. He moved to Tucson with his family where he finished high school before joining the military. After being honorably discharged from the United States Air Force, Sam returned to Tucson and worked in sales prior to going to Athlon to seek treatment for a neck injury. Realizing that this was the perfect atmosphere for him to be in; Sam came to work at Athlon in 2009 as a physical therapy technician.
Sam received his Associate of Occupational Science in the Physical Therapy Assistant Program at Pima Medical Institute in Tucson, Arizona in 2014
Sam’s favorite part of being a PTA is getting to know the patients and seeing them get well and go back to doing the things they enjoy!
Sam has a daughter who is attending ASU and a son who recently returned from serving in the United States Marine Corps and is attending school in Tucson. Sam enjoys spending time with his wife Cory at the gym or outside training for the next Tour de Tucson. When he is not riding bikes or hanging out with Cory and Annie the Pug, you can probably find Sam on the golf course with his friends.

I have been coming to Athlon PT for the past two years. My first injury was a ruptured Achilles tendon. As a 60 year old ironman triathlete, this was a traumatic event. Athlon brought me from using a scooter to once again winning my age group in races. The staff at Athlon has helped me through a very tough time. They are true friends.~ Allen
